What we’re running for you

Two engines, one campaign

There are now two places a local customer finds you: the classic Google results, and the AI answers that increasingly come before them. Your Market Dominator plan runs both, together — everything in the plan below feeds one or both of these.

Local SEO

Win the classic search results

The Google results and the local map pack — where most “near me” clicks still land. Google Business Profile, the local pages that rank, the reviews and technical signals the pack rewards.

+
Local AEO

Win the AI answers

Answer Engine Optimization — getting named and cited when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overview “who’s the best near me.” Answer-shaped content, schema, and presence in the sources AI trusts.

Your project plan

What we’ll do, in what order, and why

We run your campaign as a repeating monthly engine, front-loaded with a one-time foundation in month one. Month 1 makes your site legible to Google and to AI; month 2 builds review velocity and starts content; months 3–6 compound that into ranking and AI-citation movement. Each phase names the work and how we’ll know it’s landing. [SEO] and [AEO] tags show which engine each item feeds.

Month 1 · Foundation

Make you legible to Google and to AI

The heavy, one-time lift happens here — mostly behind the scenes. We make your site readable to Google’s index and to AI answer engines, and stand up your local profile. You won’t see ranking jumps yet; this is the plumbing everything else depends on.

  • Week 1SEOKickoff & expectations call, then lock your target keywords from real research — the money terms your customers actually search, mapped to pages.
  • Week 1SEOSecure access — read-only Google Analytics & Search Console, plus Google Business Profile Manager (see “What we’re connecting”).
  • Weeks 2–4AEOSchema / structured data — the markup that lets Google and AI engines cleanly recognize who you are, where, and what you do. The single highest-leverage technical move and a top AI-citation correlate.
  • Weeks 2–4SEOOn-page optimization — titles, meta descriptions and page structure written for your priority pages, fixing what holds you back today.
  • Weeks 2–4AEOFAQ / answer content on priority pages — the real questions buyers ask, answered concisely enough for search and AI to lift and quote.
  • Weeks 2–4AEOEntity & NAP consistency — your name, address and details made identical everywhere, so the AI trusts the data behind its answer.
  • Weeks 2–4SEOGoogle Business Profile optimization — claim and own the listing, set the most accurate primary category, complete services, add real photos, fix hours, seed Q&A.
  • End of monthSEOBaseline report & strategy call — a dated snapshot of every metric (rankings, map pack, reviews, and how AI describes you today), so all future growth is provable, not anecdotal.

How we’ll know month 1 worked

  • Your schema validates in Google’s Rich Results Test, and meta descriptions, titles and FAQ blocks are live on priority pages. This is binary and fully in our control — by the end of month 1 it is simply done.
Month 2 · Momentum

Reviews, content, and the AI sources

With the foundation set, we attack the signal that decides the map pack — review velocity — begin publishing the content your customers (and the AI) search for, and start claiming the sources AI cites.

  • SEOTurn on the review-generation engine. Using our proven request workflow, we drive a steady cadence of new reviews and respond to them — the velocity and response rate the map pack rewards.
  • SEOLocal landing & service pages — real, rankable pages for your money terms across each service and each city you serve.
  • AEOAnswer-shaped content — question-based pages written to be lifted into AI Overviews and assistant answers, not just to fill space.
  • AEOCitations & the sources AI reads — consistent listings across the directories that feed Google, and presence in the places AI leans on (Yelp, Angi, BBB and the local listings).
  • AEOCompetitor + AI-citation monitoring goes live in your dashboard, so you can watch how the AI engines describe and rank you over time.
Month 3 · First movement

Where the needle starts to move

The compounding begins. As schema and answer content get indexed and ingested, we expect the first ranking and AI-citation movement — usually on the lower-competition terms first.

  • SEOContinue the monthly content engine — the next service and nearby-city pages, written to convert.
  • SEOSustain review velocity and responses, and keep the Business Profile “alive” with fresh photos and Q&A — an active profile is a rising pack signal.
  • AEOExpect first ranking and AI-citation appearances on lower-competition terms, and re-baseline how ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews answer your target questions against the month-1 snapshot.
Months 4–6 · Traction

Foundation becomes booked work

This is where consistent work typically starts converting into rankings, calls and form fills on your core terms — and into being named in the AI answers. We keep compounding content, reviews, and authority.

  • SEOPursue relevant, white-hat links — local associations, legitimate directories, and regional press. No private blog networks, paid niche edits, or expired-domain churn — the penalty-vector tactics we never use.
  • AEOExpect map-pack presence on core terms and meaningful AI-answer visibility — named when someone asks an assistant who’s best near you. The most competitive head terms take longest.
  • MonthlyEach monthly report tracks your rankings, map-pack position, review count and velocity, AI-citation appearances, and exactly what we did — with a strategy call.

The honest checkpoints

  • By month 3 — a measurable review-velocity increase plus first leading-indicator movement (impressions, map-pack appearances, or first AI-citation appearances on lower-competition terms). If it’s flat, we re-examine the Business Profile category and content intent.
  • By month 6 — map-pack presence on at least one core term, or consistent AI-citation appearances. If neither, we name the binding constraint honestly (usually proximity on the head terms) and double down on the winnable terms — adjacent cities and the AI surface — rather than spend against a geography wall.
What we promise — and what we don’t

We guarantee the work above. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or a fixed spot in an AI answer — anyone who does is misleading you, because those outcomes ultimately sit with Google’s and the AI engines’ algorithms, not with any agency. Two honest caveats shape the timeline: proximity is the single biggest factor for “near me” searches and we can’t move your building (we win every other signal), and the AI surface changes fast — engines update how they pick and cite businesses often, which is exactly why we manage it monthly. We’d rather show you the truth in the monthly report than sell you a date we can’t hit.

How our monthly content works

Your review, on a steady cadence

Every month we deliver that month’s content for your review. You always get to vet anything going out under your name — while we keep the steady cadence that’s what actually makes search and AI work. Here’s exactly how it runs.

The content approval rhythm

Five business days — then it’s cleared to publish

1
We deliver

Each month we send you that month’s content for review.

2
You have 5 business days

Give a thumbs-up, or send back one consolidated set of edits in a single reply.

3
No reply = approved

If 5 business days pass with no response, the content is deemed approved and we publish — so your busy weeks never stall momentum.

4
Never permanent

Because we host your site, anything can be edited or pulled the same day at your request — even after it’s live.

Why “deemed approved” matters: SEO and AEO only work on a consistent cadence, and the most common thing that stalls a campaign is content sitting unreviewed during a busy stretch. This keeps you fully in control of accuracy — you can vet everything — without your calendar becoming the bottleneck. You’re never locked in: if anything’s ever off, we fix or remove it immediately, even after publication.

The one thing we need from you

Grant access to the three Google properties above — Analytics, Search Console, and Business Profile — to victor@thomasdigital.com. That’s the whole ask, about ten minutes total. We’ll send a one-click walkthrough for each, and the moment they land, your dashboard goes live.

We’re already building. You’re a few grants from live.

The foundation work starts this week on our side. Grant the three Google accesses when you have a few minutes, and watch for your first content batch — then your campaign turns from plan to real, on Google and in the AI answers.
